We are a Munich based company. All our products are manufactured in Germany and shipped via tracked delivery from Munich, Germany. Currently we offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

Because every piece of art will be quality-checked by hand please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be shipped back to our office in Munich, Germany. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back.

We (wizmo studios) take no responsibility for returns shipped by the customers that get lost, damaged, seized. We strongly recommend shipping returns via tracked delivery. We accept returns that are delivered to us as we sent them. A restocking and repackaging fee of 20% is valid on all returns.
